Do the glasses have a warranty coverage?

All products have a warranty for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.  If you made your purchase in store, please contact the retailer from where you bought your product.  A proof of purchase will be requested as part of the assessment. Is there a limit that I can purchase?

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us, using the form on the (Contact Us)  and we wil verify the status of your order, if it is already shipped we will not be able to cancel or change the ordered item, you will need to return the item within 14 days of the delivery date.

What are the payment options?

Currently we offer only Paypal

What are your shipping fees?

Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.  For all European countries, we offer DHL 9 euro express shipping (2-3 working days)

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

What countries do you ship to?

All over the European countries.

What if I didn't receive my package?

Check the order status by entering the Tracking Number from the confirmation email in the Track Page from the courrier.

Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct

In the case of a missed delivery please contact DHL.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

You can return any item purchased on sempreartstudio.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Where do I ship my return?

Fill the form in the contact us section and make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

How should I ship my return?

Please provide us all the following details: return reason, order number, address in the contact us form and we will arrange for you the return

When will my credit be refunded?

Please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
